Step 1: Download Nokia Lumia wallpaper from here and set it as your desktop background.
Step 2: Download Rainmeter software and install it on your PC. Rainmeter is the PC customization software that can be used to transform your PC’s look and feel without changing your operating system.
Step 3: Now download Omnimo 5.0 skin for rainmeter and install it immediately. While installing the skin, make sure that you select blank theme, appropriate style and color. Once done, add tiles to the desktop as shown in the preview picture.
Step 4: Add metro-style clock on your desktop by downloading & installing this elegant clock skin. Once installed, right-click on Rainmeter icon in notification area and enable the new skin.
Step 5: Download windows 7 phone icon pack from here and install it.
