> JAM Session: Candidates are given a topic to speak on & evaluated on their voice, fluency, pronunciation & Grammar.

  1. > IVR round- VOICE & ACCENT
  2. > Written Test (Aptitude, Grammar, Technical questions)
  3. > Personal interview – Operations Manager
  4. > Personal interview – HR

Skill Set:

> Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks ( No compromise)

  4. > Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred
