Selection Procedure for Voice process:

2. * JAM Session: Candidates are given a topic to speak on & evaluated on their voice, fluency, pronunciation & Grammar.
3. * IVR round- VOICE & ACCENT.
4. * Written Test (Aptitude, Grammar, Technical questions)
5. * Personal interview – Operations Manager.
6. * Personal interview - HR.

 

Skill Set

2. * Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks (No compromise)
3. * Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues
4. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. * Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred
6. * Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred
